By accessing or using Dream Crusher ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Dream Crusher is a facilitation tool for interactive group sessions, providing spin-the-wheel and elimination-style activities for workshops and training sessions.

3. Account Registration

To use facilitator features, you must sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payment

• Full access requires an active subscription processed through Stripe.
• New subscriptions include a 7-day free trial period.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account page.
• Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy available through Stripe.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service without permission
• Upload malicious content or attempt to exploit vulnerabilities

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from participants whose data you enter into the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Learning Dojo, LLC. You retain ownership of content you create within the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Utah, United States.
